Andi's Clients Say . . .

Having begun getting serious about my health over a year ago, I thought I had a pretty good handle on how best to work out. I began sessions with Andi at Embrace Fitness just recently and have been thoroughly impressed with her methodology and her frank insistence that exercise is simply a means to an end. As such, Andi advocates an extremely time effective and scientifically proven regimen that gets a person in and out of the gym in less time than I could have imagined possible.

I believe that I have done fairly well on my own but this new twist has changed my perspective on exercise tremendously. Had I done this in the very beginning, I could well have saved myself a great number of hours in the gym and achieved the same results. I see my future fitness efforts in the gym being more intense, more effective, and much less time consuming with Andi’s help.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Andi’s services to anyone newly embarking on their own fitness goals or to anyone already on their way. Andi’s motivation is to help her clients get fit as efficiently as possible and she excels at doing just that.
